What kind of footage can I send?
You can send footage from almost any special occasion or everyday moment, including holidays, family days out, birthdays, Christmas, anniversaries and more. Whether it was filmed on a smartphone or a professional camera, I’ll work with what you have to create a cinematic memory you’ll want to watch again and again.
How do I send you my footage?
Once you’re ready to get started, I’ll send you a secure upload link where you can easily upload your videos. If your footage is particularly large, don’t worry—I’ll guide you through the best way to send it.
How long will my video take to create?
Every project is different depending on the amount of footage and the style of video you’ve chosen. I’ll provide an estimated turnaround time when we discuss your project, but most videos are completed within 1–3 weeks.
What if I don't have much footage?
That’s absolutely fine. Great memory videos aren’t just about quantity—they’re about telling a story. While more footage naturally gives me more creative options, I can often create a beautiful film from a surprisingly small collection of clips. If I don’t think there’s enough footage to create the type of video you’re looking for, I’ll let you know before any work begins.
Can I choose the music?
Of course. If you have a particular song or style of music in mind, let me know and I’ll do my best to incorporate it. If you’re not sure, I’m happy to choose music that best suits the mood and pacing of your video.
